1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gharalo (the "Platform") via our website or our WhatsApp matching engine, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Gharalo provides a technology platform that connects prospective tenants, buyers, and guests directly with property owners. We eliminate the traditional brokerage model by using an automated matching engine via WhatsApp. Gharalo acts as a technology intermediary and not as a real estate agent or broker.

3. Zero Brokerage Policy

We do not charge a percentage-based commission or 15-day rent as brokerage for standard connections between tenants and owners. Any fees applicable for premium services (such as Unlocking an Investment Dossier or booking advance tokens) are clearly stated upfront with absolute transparency.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate criteria when interacting with our matching engine.
  • You agree to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly engaging in our commercial investment tier.
  • You agree not to bypass the platform's payment systems for services that require upfront dossier or booking fees.
  • You agree not to use our platform to spam, harass, or solicit property owners for unrelated services.

5. Property Listings & Verification

While Gharalo implements a "Verified Property" system to ensure accuracy and legitimacy, we do not guarantee the condition of the physical properties. Users are expected to conduct their own physical inspections and due diligence before signing lease agreements or making full payments to owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gharalo is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between you and the property owners. Any agreements made off-platform or directly with the owner post-connection are solely the responsibility of the involved parties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically under the jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
